Greg Patent is a James Beard Award-winning cookbook author for "Baking in America," and a James Beard nominee for "A Baker's Odyssey." He has written ten cookbooks and many articles on cooking and baking for Weight Watchers, Cooking Light, Fine Cooking, and other major cooking magazines. For many years he was national spokesperson for Cuisinarts, Inc. and traveled all over the United States teaching food processor cooking. His cookbook, "Patently Easy Food Processor Cooking," became a best-seller. Greg lives in Liihue, Hawaii on the island of Kauai with his fabulous wife, Dorothy. He writes a Substack newsletter, “So You Want to Love in Hawaii,” featuring recipes and stories about the state’s foods and farmers markets. The breathtaking trees, flowers, and wildlife, are endless sources of wonder.
