Five time James Beard Award winner, Alice is the author of 10 cookbooks. She has influenced chocolate manufacturers, chefs and home cooks since the 1976 opening of her former company Cocolat. Her most recent book is "gluten-Free Flavor Flours." Alice is currently consulting with companies that produce upcycled flours from nutrient rich food material that would otherwise be wasted.
