Please join us for a comparative tasting of five French chocolates and find out!

As an added bonus, be one of the first to taste Ruby, now considered by the FDA to be the fourth category of chocolate.

Our chocolate tasting program will be co-hosted by Les Sloane, Chef and Brand Specialist of Barry Callebaut and Chef and Cookbook Author, Marlene Sorosky Gray.
