Puttanesca Galette with Lemon Ricotta
Demo with Helen Goh

We are absolutely thrilled to welcome internationally celebrated pastry chef and author Helen Goh for a live Zoom demonstration from her beautiful new cookbook, Baking & the Meaning of Life.
In this special virtual event, Helen will guide us through one of the book’s standout savory recipes: Puttanesca Galette with Lemon Ricotta — a rustic, flavor-packed tart that brings together briny olives and capers, creamy ricotta brightened with lemon, and a golden, flaky pastry crust.
Helen is beloved not only for her extraordinary baking expertise, but for her thoughtful and deeply personal approach to food. In Baking & the Meaning of Life, she reflects on how baking can offer comfort, connection, and joy — themes that feel especially resonant as we gather (even virtually) around the kitchen table.
We hope you’ll join us for this very special opportunity to bake — and connect — with Helen.
