Baking SIG (Members Only Special Interest Group)

Our baking Special Interest Group (SIG) is designed to support the continuing education of our members. In November, we thought it would be fun to concentrate on Pies, with particular focus on the different pastry recipes and techniques. This means that the choices of fillings are up to you!
